Well, since my last post, I have moved jobs and now three months into this new role I have decided to take the plunge and move towards finding a role in the area I actually want to work in: floristry would you believe?
Office work is by no means a natural environment for me and I feel it's time to take the risk (something I never do) and stop wasting time. I'm only 28 but time is rapidly slipping away, so there is no point resting on my laurels any more, it's time to bite the bullet.
Even if it is jut a part time role in a florist I find, meaning I have to work in a supermarket to make up the difference financially, I will do it - I see no shame in such a form of employment. Someone has to do it so why can't it be me?
Life is too short to spend it doing something you don't enjoy and for me gazing at a computer screen is not an activity which I relish. I am a creative sort of person and it's time now I follow my ambition and to my mind obvious ability.
Anyway, I've been away for a while now well from this little blog that is and therefore I have not diarised the work I have been doing at college. Very naughty!
So please have a look at my latest offerings - I think the next thing I need to do is brush up on photography...David Bailey need not eat his heart out!
Of course please leave comments (and job leads would always be welcomed) and thoughts on what you like or what you think could be improved. Constructive criticism is always welcome.
Thanks and I promise not to leave it so long till next time.
